When it comes to large volumes of compressed air and stable processes, the DRYPOINT HL is the right choice: the cold-regenerating adsorption dryer reliably delivers dry compressed air at volume flows from 1,250 up to 8,200 m³/h – with a pressure dew point of –40 °C, optionally –70 °C. Ideal for central compressed air systems in production, energy or chemical industries.

Intelligent functionality

How the DRYPOINT HL works

Proven dual-container principle:

While one container dries the compressed air, the other is regenerated. A partial flow of the already dried air is expanded via an orifice plate and used to desorb the saturated desiccant – in a counterflow process for maximum regeneration effect. The switchover is time-controlled or, optionally, dew point-controlled. The result: consistent compressed air quality, adapted to actual demand.
