  • Air Quality Check Basic

    The Basic measurement is designed to provide an overview of compressed air quality within a defined measurement period. Due to preparation and warm-up time of the measurement equipment, the total time required for a Basic measurement is typically one working day.

    The measurement results are documented in a compressed air quality report for a representative measurement period.

  • Air Quality Check Professional

    The Professional measurement evaluates compressed air quality over a longer period of time. This allows short-term deviations from limit values to be detected and analyzed in order to identify potential risks within the compressed air system.

    The Professional measurement includes additional operating parameters such as flow rate and temperature. The total measurement time is typically two working days, during which the compressed air system is observed under continuously changing operating and environmental conditions.

Calibration for reliable measurement results

Regular calibration is essential to ensure accurate and reliable measurement data. Over time, sensors and measuring devices can drift, leading to incorrect results and misinterpretation of system performance.

Professional calibration ensures precise and reproducible measurements, supports compliance with quality standards, and provides a reliable basis for system analysis and decision-making.
