We take responsibility – for water, waste, and resources. From reducing emissions across all scopes to protecting drinking water and avoiding landfill: Our sustainability measures follow a clear path – measurable, effective, and continuously improving.
- Saving water, avoiding waste, conserving resources: We track our CO₂ footprint in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol – including Scope 1, 2, and selected areas of Scope 3. This transparency enables targeted, effective action.
- Reducing water consumption and contamination: Our oil-water separation systems prevent polluted condensate from entering wastewater. In 2024 alone, more than 398 tons of oil were safely removed – equivalent to protecting clean drinking water for over 490 million people (based on 2 liters per person per day).
- Waste prevention instead of disposal: Our goal: zero waste to landfill. To achieve this, we focus on durable components, reparability, process optimization, and recycling. For example, in 2024 we reduced hazardous waste at our U.S. production site by 65 %.
