The activated carbon adsorbers of the CLEARPOINT V series are particularly suitable for high volume flows. They convince by a minimum residual oil content of only 0.003 mg / m³ and by the low differential pressure with extremely low energy costs. 


BEKOBLIZZ® LC: environmentally friendly cooling at +5 °C

The BEKOBLIZZ LC compressed air cooler cools economically with +5 °C of cold compressed air - without utilising CO2 or N2. The compressed air cooler can be utilised, for example, in laboratories, workshops or in production and manufacturing facilities. The supply of cold compressed air can not only reduce cycle times in forming processes, rather also improve the quality of the surface structure.

The intake air for compressed air generation is generally contaminated with hydrocarbons. Even with an oil-free compressed air generation, this therefore means that a treatment solution is required. The purity of compressed air is crucial for quality - especially in areas where the compressed air comes into direct contact with the products during the production process.

Blowing of high-performance electronics via pulsating rotary jets, and tracing of plastic housings with cleaning plasma jets: At the German automotive supplier Hella, compressed air takes over the central tasks in the surface cleaning of safety-relevant components. The most important requirement in this respect: the reliable, complete absence of oil.

Cooling of laser cutting machines with compressed air

Laser cutting belongs to the thermal cutting processes. This is noticeable well before the focal point where the laser beam is incident on the material to be cut. Things already heat up in the beam path in front of it. Here, cooling is asked for. Best and most cost-effectively with compressed air. However, this air must be absolutely oil-free.

Every hour, 150 cubic meters of purest mineral water are produced by the 14 wells of RheinfelsQuellen in Duisburg-Walsum. Enough to fill 883 bathtubs every 60 minutes – or more than 207,000 bottles. To add sparkle to the water, there is only one solution: oil-free compressed air fed to state-of-the art bottling plants and peripheral systems. The company uses an innovative catalytic process for the total oxidation of hydrocarbons in the compressed air system.
