Culture and facts

We see our employees as the source, driving force, and guarantor of our success, and we offer a working environment in which they can develop, feel valued, and feel comfortable. Our culture connects our employees worldwide and serves as a guiding principle in an ever-changing world. It creates a common understanding of who we are.

To drive sustainability forward, we empower our teams with the knowledge and skills they need to make a real impact. Through targeted trainings, continuous competence development and access to high-quality information, we enable everyone in our organization to act responsibly and confidently. Our goal is to create awareness, build expertise and support all employees in integrating sustainability into their daily decisions and actions.

We collected global data on our social aspects of sustainability in 2024 from more than 680 employees in six production units and 15 sales units worldwide. With our continuous growth, our communication and data structures will be further expanded.

Lifelong learning

Advancing digitalization, the use of AI, demographic change, and the company's focus on sustainability are changing the way we work. Together with our employees, we are embarking on a continuous learning and development process. The promotion of apprentices and lifelong learning are particularly important to us. In 2024 alone, we had 12 young talents as trainees and 1,370 training days for job-related training in leadership, IT, communication, and language courses.

Health protection and occupational safety

Recognize risks, prevent accidents

Health and safety protection is a high priority at BEKO TECHNOLOGIES. Our safety standards aim to prevent accidents at work and protect health and the environment. This is based on a comprehensive system of preventive measures. The effectiveness of this approach is reflected, among other things, in the comparatively low accident rate: 1.61 accidents at work per 200,000 working hours (2024).

Proactive safety culture

Our accident prevention strategy is based on three key elements: regular inspections, systematic risk assessment, and continuous training. Attention to detail and different perspectives are crucial in this regard. All employees are encouraged to address unsafe working conditions or behavior at an early stage so that appropriate measures can be taken in a timely manner.

High-quality information

Increase efficiency and performance

The availability of reliable and meaningful information is an important basis for cooperation. It enables us to make informed decisions and increase efficiency and performance. We are working on structured data collection, clear responsibilities, and regular reviews. In this way, we want to ensure that relevant information is up-to-date, accurate, and usable.

We strive to provide our customers with understandable, complete, and comparable information. With the digital energy manager, Calms' SaaS solution, data is automatically collected and specific areas for energy savings are identified. This is important data that helps our customers operate more energy-efficiently and achieve their own sustainability goals.
