Beyond compressed air treatment

Our path to greater sustainability in compressed air technology

For BEKO TECHNOLOGIES, sustainability is part of our responsibility and firmly anchored in our corporate strategy. We are making our business processes increasingly sustainable along the entire value chain – from the development and manufacture of our products to our cooperation with customers and partners. In doing so, we combine our many years of experience with forward-looking approaches in order preserve a world worth living in - today and for future generations.

In accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS) of the European Union, we have conducted a double materiality analysis and document our global carbon footprint in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. This foundation helps us to set priorities and further develop our sustainability activities in a targeted manner.

Our activities for climate and environmental protection

The world is transitioning to a climate-neutral economy. The mechanical and plant engineering industry faces particular challenges. In addition to decarbonization, the focus is on the efficient use of resources for our customers and ourselves.

Social activities related to our employees

We see our employees as the source, driving force, and guarantor of our success, and we offer a working environment in which they can develop, feel valued, and feel comfortable. We support them in this constantly changing world with trainings and personal competence development.

Sustainable corporate governance

As one of the leading companies in the filtration and treatment of compressed air in industrial processes, we are committed to sustainable corporate management that balances ecological, economic, and social aspects. We analyze the processes associated with our business activities and want to make our activities transparent and measurable.

Systematic sustainability management

Our organization for sustainable development

Sustainability affects the entire company—and every level contributes to driving tangible change. That is why we are building a global structured sustainability management system that spans all departments and defines clear responsibilities. This ensures that sustainability is both strategically anchored and implemented in our daily activities.

Management board

Management board

The board of management sets the overall direction and ensures that sustainability remains an integral part of our corporate strategy. It prioritizes goals and creates the conditions for successful implementation.

Sustainability Council

Sustainability Council (strategic committee)

The Sustainability Council is responsible for the strategic development of our sustainability goals. It decides on priorities, evaluates progress, and coordinates implementation across all business areas.

Sustainability Manager

Sustainability Manager (coordination & control)

The Sustainability Manager oversees systematic sustainability management, supports the implementation of the strategy, and ensures transparency regarding goals, measures, and results.

Sustainability Team

Sustainability Team (operative realisation)

The Sustainability Team works on the daily realisation of our sustainability strategy. This includes projects, analyses, and the further development of relevant topics such as energy efficiency, climate impact, and resource use.

Sustainability Ambassadors

Sustainability Ambassadors (global interfaces)

Our Sustainability Ambassadors act as multipliers in the business units worldwide. They promote exchange between regions, support local initiatives, and help to strengthen a common understanding of sustainable action.
