As one of the leading companies in the filtration and treatment of compressed air in industrial processes, we are committed to sustainable corporate governance that balances ecological, economic, and social aspects.

Our activities are guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a globally active company, we want to contribute to the following SDGs.

Human rights and responsible conduct

BEKO TECHNOLOGIES assumes responsibility for the people affected by its business activities. Ethical and sustainable conduct, social responsibility, and respect for human rights form the foundation of our long-term development. We understand ecological and social sustainability to be closely linked and use our global expertise to reduce environmental impacts and foster a fair and inclusive corporate culture.

Our business activities are guided by recognized international principles and standards, including the National Action Plan (NAP) for Business and Human Rights, the International Bill of Human Rights, the right to a healthy environment, the core labor standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.

We expect our business partners to share this commitment and to implement appropriate human rights due diligence within their own operations and along their supply chains.

With the ONE Team. Vision. Success. initiative, we created a framework in 2024 to align our teams more closely worldwide and make collaboration within the company more consistent. The aim is to improve communication across locations and functions and make better use of our shared global expertise. This will result in clearer coordination and more efficient processes that support the further development of our company.

Building on this, our vision, mission, and values were further refined in 2025 and uniform leadership principles were developed. We are continuing to work on integrating both initiatives into our day-to-day business with accompanying measures.

Corporate Due Diligence

Compliance in daily business

For us, compliance means adhering to all applicable laws and regulations as well as to internal policies and ethical standards.

Our Code of Conduct provides the foundation for value-based, ethical, and legally compliant behavior for all employees. Responsible corporate governance extends beyond our own organization and also applies to our cooperation with business partners. Our expectations in this regard are defined in the Supplier Code of Conduct.

Greater transparency

Whistleblower system

Transparency, integrity, and legally compliant conduct are core values of our company. We promote an open corporate culture in which employees, business partners, and external individuals can report possible grievances, violations, or unethical behavior—safely and confidentially.

Our whistleblowing system offers various reporting channels for this purpose:

  • Employees can contact their managers or the HR department with any questions or concerns.
  • In addition, suspected violations of compliance requirements can be reported directly by email to compliance@beko-technologies.com.

All reports are treated confidentially and carefully reviewed. Whistleblowers are protected from discrimination.

Supplier Management

Building resilience

We rely on long-standing and trusting partnerships to further develop together in terms of reliability, cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability. We will continue to expand the selection and evaluation of our suppliers using a risk-based approach. This enables us to identify potential risks at an early stage and take preventive measures. In addition to economic aspects, ESG issues and risks are also taken into account.

Data Management

Data – our valuable asset

For BEKO TECHNOLOGIES, efficient data management is an important component of many of our sustainable key topics and beyond. We are constantly working to ensure that data is collected in a high-quality, up-to-date, and consistent manner and made available to us, our customers, and other important stakeholders. We will regularly disclose progress in data management.
