The METPOINT BDL und BDL compact is an innovative electronic screen writer for recording critical process parameters for e.g. compressed air and gas applications. The electronic recording system measures connected input signals and subsequently evaluates the required information for the respective application. These are displayed and saved on the device. The process occurrence can be archived on a long-term basis and alarms can be forwarded to superordinated systems. The screen recorder thereby enables process-oriented assessment of the processes and, if necessary, rapid on-site intervention.

The METPOINT BDL data logger bundles with 4, 8 or 12 sensor inputs, universal for analog and digital sensor signals, all requirements for quality control and energy management in just one device by translating all measured values that arise in compressed air processing into clear, unambiguous statistics and graphs You can comprehend the measured values simply and in real time and, when necessary, implement the required measures immediately. They function as stand-alone solutions, can be integrated in existing systems and can be retrofitted or modular-based extended at any time.
The METPOINT BDL compact compact is equipped with two to four sensor inputs optionally analog, digital or mixed. Two additional digital or analogue inputs are optionally available on request - e.g. for electricity meters or pressure sensors. Critical points in your processes are then displayed immediately. This reduces your reaction time and increases process and production safety levels. The compact screen recorder optionally provides a data logger with a 4 GB memory capacity.

Up to twelve analogue and/or digital sensors can be effortlessly configured and connected. All measured values, measurement curves and exceeded limiting values will be indicated on the colour display with touch screen function. Daily, weekly and monthly evaluations with costs and meter status can be calculated in combination with the consumption volume analysis.
The optional web server can also read all current measurement values and alarm messages of the BDL compact system on a mobile phone or tablet. All you need to do is select the IP address of the BDL compact device in your web browser to instantly have a current preview of the measured values and alarms.
