Yannick Koch on the Management Board of BEKO TECHNOLOGIES

"Going the extra mile for the customer".

Yannick Koch is responsible for Sales, Service, Product Management, Marketing and Human Resources. Co-managing director Norbert Strack has also taken over finance and IT, in addition to his responsibilities for research and development, production, supply chain and quality. "To remain the technology and quality leader!" is how Yannick Koch formulates the ambition. In addition, the focus is to be placed even more than before on customer orientation. "We are ready to go the extra mile for the customer," promises the new managing director.

Completely networked compressed air treatment

Regardless of the Corona pandemic, BEKO TECHNOLOGIES is investing in development and will present important new products in 2021. The compressed air treatment of the future is to be completely networked. "Innovations are part of BEKO TECHNOLOGIES' DNA and each of our new products contributes to environmental and climate protection," says Yannick Koch with pride. "The goal is always to save energy and optimise processes." Soon, compressed air and compressed gas technology will be increasingly offered on the markets in Asia and Central and South America. "For all innovations, the social values of the family business are unchanging for us," emphasises the father of two young children.

Experience with digitisation projects

Yannick Koch gained a lot of international experience during his training and subsequently demonstrated leadership qualities. At the household appliance manufacturer Vorwerk, the business administration graduate impressed as a project manager in business development and advisor to the board member for sales. Various digitisation projects were part of his area of responsibility. In 2015, the enthusiastic rugby fan joined BEKO TECHNOLOGIES and was most recently the successful Head of Global Corporate Development. Parallel to his professional work, Yannick Koch has been an active shareholder of BEKO Holding since 2007.

Great merits of Manfred Lehner

Manfred Lehner, who has left the company, played a key role in shaping BEKO TECHNOLOGIES as a financial expert, analyst and strategist. Under his leadership, the company embarked on a growth course, opened several international branches and production facilities, developed important markets worldwide and increased its sales capacities. Turnover more than doubled to over 100 million euros during Lehner's time on the management board.
